Who We Are

After working in the retirement residence industry and supporting my own aging parents, I recognized how many seniors wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes but need a little extra support to do so safely and comfortably. I also understand how challenging it can be for families to balance busy schedules while ensuring their loved ones receive the care and attention they deserve.

I genuinely care about the well-being of every client I serve. My goal is to provide not just assistance, but meaningful support that enhances quality of life. I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, as well as a certified life coach. I understand how important it is for older adults to keep moving and to have positive encouragement in their daily lives. Geriatric stretching and gentle exercise can be incorporated into the routines I offer, helping clients maintain strength, mobility, and confidence.

At SK Senior Support Solutions, we provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. Our services include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, transportation to and from appointments, stocking assistance, outings, and meaningful companionship.

I am also certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring an added level of safety and preparedness. It is very important to me that when I leave a client’s home, they are smiling and feeling better than before I arrived.
